SEBA Rechecking of Answer Script
On May 22, 2023, at 10 a.m., the Assam Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) announced the results of the HSLC/AHM Examination, 2023. From March 3rd to April 1st, 2023, the SEBA HSLC/AHM Exam was held. SEBA offers the possibility of re-checking the answer scripts to applicants who are dissatisfied with their results revealed on May 22, 2023. To take use of SEBA’s rechecking option, candidates must apply online within the time range indicated. Candidates may seek rechecking of response scripts as well as rechecking of photocopied answer scripts.

Application Fee for SEBA Rechecking Result
Candidates must pay the application fee in order to finish the online application re-checking process. Candidates can choose between applying for re-checking only and applying for re-checking with a photocopy. Both have different application fees. The applicable fees are listed below.
Re-Checking of Answer Script: Candidates have to pay Rs.350/- for each subject.
Photocopy of Answer Script with Re-Checking: Candidates have to pay Rs.550/- for each subject.
Mode of Payment: Candidates have to pay the above applicable application fee through online payment modes. No application will be accepted without a fee.
SEBA Rechecking Result Process
The applicant should be aware that rechecking the answer script does not equate to reevaluating the scripts. The points that follow need to be double-checked.
- Re-totaling of Marks awarded by the Examiner.
- Assessment of Answer (s) which has/have been left out unevaluated.
- Correction of wrong entry of marks of any manner/nature.
The results of the re-checking will be communicated to the applicant via notification within 30 days of the application’s last date of receipt. at the event of a change, the Marks sheet/ Certificates will be awarded to the candidates upon submission of the Original Marks sheet/ Certificates at the Board’s Office through the Head of the concerned School with the intimation of the Head of the Institution. No such mark sheets/certificates will be sent directly to the school/student or through any other source.
How to HSLC Recheck Result Assam?
Candidates must apply online for HSLC Recheck Result Assam of Scripts on the SEBA’s official website within the time frame specified. Candidates must visit the SEBA, Assam official website for the most recent notices and regular updates, including links to rechecking. | Read all the instructions carefully and prepare the required details and documents. |
| Enter your Roll Code and Roll Number in the relevant fields of the Apply Now section. |
| After that click on Proceed button. |
| Select either only re-checking or photocopy with re-checking of the evaluated answer scripts. |
| Select the subjects for which you want to apply for re-checking or photocopy with re-checking. |
| Upload the scanned copy of your Admit Card in .jpeg, .jpg or .png format and the file size should be within 500KB. |
| Provide your contact details in the space provided. |
| Check carefully all the information provided by you. (SEBA is not responsible for any unprocessed applications due to wrong information provided by the candidates). |
| Proceed to make payment by clicking CONFIRM AND PAY ONLINE button. |
| Enter the necessary details on the online payment page. Click on the blue coloured Pay Now button on the bottom right to confirm the payment. |
| After making a successful payment, you will get your ARN Number (Application Receipt Number) in your mobile number. You may download your invoice of the payment. (Keep it safe for future reference). |
| You can use your ARN further to check the status of your application in the website. |
