New update DARPAN Admission portal Confirmation of Admission by Institutions date 26-06-2023 to 28-06-2023 HS 1st Year Online Admission 2023: Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has launched an online platform named DARPAN portal for online admission into Higher Secondary courses offered by the council. Students who passed the HSLC test this year may apply online through this web portal for first-year courses offered by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council for the academic year 2023-2024. The high school admissions process will begin on May 29, 2023.

Assam HS Admission 2023 for Higher Secondary 1st-year classes will be completed through the DARPAN Admission portal the common portal for online HS admission.
The principals of colleges, HS schools, and senior secondary schools, willing to avail of this facility, can register for the same in online mode.
For participation in the process, Institutions with valid AHSEC codes have to create their profiles by providing their Institutions’ details into the portal by visiting www.darpan.ahseconline.in or www.ahsec.assam.gov.in .
How to Apply for DARPAN Admission Portal Assam HS 1st Year Admission?
Those Students who have passed H.S.L.C. They can submit their applications online through the DARPAN Admission portal for Higher Secondary HS 1st Year Online Admission courses at various institutions such as Universities/Degree Colleges/Senior Secondary Schools/Higher Secondary Schools under the AHSEC must apply online. by following the methods given below.
Step 1: Scroll down, check Important Web Link‘s section.
Step 2: Click on HS 1st Year Online Admission link.
Step 3: A portal will load, click on Register a new Account link.
Step 4: Next you need to enter your personal and educational details as required by the portal.
Step 5: Upload scan copy of passport sized photograph and 10th mark sheet.
Step 6: Next choose a 4 digit Login PIN and click on register button .Step 7: Next again click on HS 1st Year Online Admission link and log in again.
Step 8: Select your desired course and colleges/ schools . You may choose maximum five institutions in order of their preference for admission.
Step 9: At the end, click on submit button and take a print of submitted form for future reference .
Step 10: Please do check the portal regularly for updates. You will be notified through the portal which institution(s) you have been selected for admission.
