GU Exam Routine 2023
Gauhati University holds exams every 6 months for the TDC or UG students. Hence the exam is taken even and odd-wise, 1st sem, 3rd sem and 5th sem are taken together as an odd semester. On the other hand 2nd sem, 4th sem and 6th sem exams are brought together as an even semester. Odd semester exams are held around the month of February/March & even semester exams are held around the month of August/September. Gauhati University and its affiliate colleges hold exams in the CBCS curriculum. The duration of the course is 3 years so it is called Three Years Degree Course (TDC) and it is divided into 6 semesters. In every semester one sessional exam and one main semester exam are taken. So the students must attain all the exams of each semester and have to do Exam Form Fill-Up of GU before the exam.
